"Our Future" Award Recipient
Andrew Hall is a 21 year old, native of Baltimore, Maryland. Raised
in a single parent household, Andrew is the oldest of three. He is
a product of Baltimore City Public Schools and a Graduate of Edmondson- Westside Senior High. After graduation, Andrew married his high school sweetheart, Theresa and has one child, Faith and expecting one in February 2007.
Andrew is a rising senior at Coppin State University pursuing a Bachelors of Science degree in Criminal Justice. Mr. Hall has served in many clubs and organizations and was recently re-elected to serve as the University’s Student President for a second term. In addition, he is a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc and serves on several of the University’s Boards and Committees; such as the Judicial Board, Pan- Hellenic Counsel and Student Activities Appropriations Board. He is recognized nationally for his leadership and is one of the top ranking student representatives in the State of Maryland.
Andrew is a Full- Time Pediatric Coordinator at Johns Hopkins Medical Institution and works in administration in the Children’s Emergency Room. He also mentors first and second year college students as well as works with students in high schools to help prepare them for college. Mr. Hall plans to continue his education in pursuit of a Masters of Science degree in Political Science and Public Administration upon graduation.
